Behold, the Pumpkin Chai Cupcake.
It’s basically autumn in a foil cup. And so unbelievably easy. Here are all the ingredients you need:
1 box of cake mix (any kind will do, but I went with Duncan Hines’ Spice Cake)
1 15oz can of pumpkin
Not even kidding, that’s all you need for the cupcakes. Bake at 350* for 18-20 minutes.
1.5 cups powdered sugar
3 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp melted butter
3 Tbsp Trader Joe’s Spicy Chai Latte mix
To taste: nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, etc. (I’m a nut for fall spices, so I added all of them!)
